Mohammad Fuad, the impostor Sultan, is now reaping hatred from his own family members by bringing shame and dishonor to the clan. Despite his effort to disdain the current leadership of His Royal Highness Sultan Esmail D. KIram II, the legitimate and reigning Sultan of Sulu and North Borneo, has utterly failed by the fact that the kingdom he built in the sand is now collapsing. He thought that by fabricating lies will stand his claim and breaking the “Unbroken Line of Royal Succession to the Throne”. Fabricating European Tectonic Nobility Titles slapped into his face when the International Commission of Nobility and Titles has disowned his fake and make-believe rank and titles copied from Europe.

The latest blow to the impostor is the current money squabble between General Habib Nikabulin who is trying to raise money using Mohammad Fuad’s own fabricated website (www.sultansulu.com) that contains the same recipe. Mohammad Fuad has strongly warn from his website (www.royalsulu.com ) against the copycat www.sultansulu.com run by Gen. Habib Nikabulin to raise money. General Habib Nikabulin is the same person who signed the joint alliance of MNLF to Mohammad Fuad sandcastle kingdom and now seems ripping his own king that he acknowledged in Davao. It is apparent that the two now are fighting for the same purpose which actually to raise money for themselves..

Great is Allah for he is all-knowing that impostors and traitors have no place in the solemn Kingdom of the Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo. Long live the genuine and true Sultan, HRH Sultan Esmail D. KIram II, for his abounding understanding to his fellow brothers who are becoming selfish and conceited to the grandeur of the Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo Kingdom. May this serves as an example to those planning to do the same. To benefit selfishly on their own will not reach any farther.

Baron Yoshihiko Okabe was appointed as Royal Dato and Ambassador to Japan.

THE CULTURAL AND HERITAGE CENTER FOR SULTANATE OF SULU AND NORTH BORNEO IN KOTA KINABALU HAS BEEN FINALLY DECIDED BY THE SSNBK ROYAL HOUSE TO BE INAUGURATED SOON . THE DECISION TO EXTEND THE TRADITIONAL AND CULTURAL CAMPAIGN OF SSNBK UNDER HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS SULTAN ESMAIL D. KIRAM HAS BEEN UNANIMOUSLY VOTED BY THE ROYAL HOUSE TO BOOST THE MEMBERS OF THE ROYAL SULTANATE OF SULU AND NORTH BORNEO PEOPLE IN REVIVING THE CULTURE AND TRADITIONS THAT THE SULTANATE HAS WITH THE PEOPLE OF SULU AND SABAH FOR 600 YEARS.

For long time, the subject of civilization is centered to the white Caucasian race who played to the civilized world as the “First among the first” to introduce modern civilization. This long sought claim has now weaned; it appears that the white people of Europe who traversed to America have one thing in mind, and that is, to colonize and control the will of other people. The recent historical discoveries show that the Arab was the forerunners of modern civilizations long before Europe and America exist. The Chinese lead the technology when they discovered fire, steel and the explosives long before Europe and America exist. It is a blatant lie that dynamite or TNT was discovered by Alfred Novel; it is Confucius perhaps who discovered explosives, a Chinese not a European indeed. It is the Chinese who mastered the Navigation by inventing the ‘Compass”. Should the Chinese are as arrogant as the Europeans, perhaps the whole world now is China; thanks God the Chinese nature is industrious only to do business and not colonization business

The truth behind the historical accounts that Europe, leaded by arrogant and aristocrat races, has mastered the art of colonization by war and used the forefront success of early people who actually introduced modern civilization and technology to the world. The root to the European success in Monopolization and Colonization was traced to their Non- God inclined practice. Europe is 100% pagans before Christianity exists. The way they think that time is purely based on animal instinct of “Survival of the Fittest”. One striking culture of Europe is their exposure to cold climate during long winter when food is so scarce and survival is prime; and to exist, therefore, is to fight for any available means even to fight for each other. The tribal war of Europe became kingdom war and so today, they are now embarking to do the classical global war to control the world and left the crude way of colonization by war. They now dressed up under the UN chartered organizations of Human Rights, Environment Protections, Wildlife, Children, the Poor and all sort of modern classical colonization title possible.

One example of the modern craft of Europe is to possess and control the territory which was proven effective is by way of leasing the territorial target and finally employ legal and diplomatic maneuver. This is what exactly happens to the territory of Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo Kingdom. The Spaniards and Portugal embark on their religious colonization contrary to England that has learned in advance that war is very costly and gruesome. They abandoned the war option as their first choice of colonization and reverted to diplomatic and legal approach – through Lease Agreement of the territory. This was done to other parts of the world like Kuwait, Yemen, Gulf state as far as Africa and South America.

Lord Earl Granville, the Foreign Minister of the British Crown, manifested in his Letter to the Foreign Minister of Madrid. Evidence to this was the official correspondence of Lord Earl Granville, British Foreign Minister at the time, in his letter to the British Minister in Madrid dated January 7, 1882 explaining the character of the Charter Grant of the British North Borneo Company, as follows:

ââ‚¬Å“The British Charter, therefore, differs essentially from the previous Charters granted by the Crown to the East India company, the Hudsonâ€™s Bay Company, the New Zealand Company, and other Associations of that character in the fact that the Crown in the present case assumes no dominion or sovereignty over the territories occupied by the company, nor does it purport to grant to the Company any powers of government there over; it merely confer upon the persons associated the status and incidents of a body corporate, and recognizes the grants of territory and the powers of government made and delegated by the sultan in whom the sovereignty remains vestedâ€¦ As regards the general feature of the undertaking, it is to be observed that the territories granted to the Company have been for generations under the government of the Sultan of Sulu and Brunei, with whom Great Britain has had Treaties of Peace and Commerceâ€¦

The above letter was done by the British Foreign Minister to explain and respond to the Spanish protest regarding the grant of Royal Charter to the British North Borneo Company. It was not the Spanish crown who made the protest alone; also the Dutch government protested the same. Again, Lord Granville maintains, in his letter to the Dutch, that the British North Borneo Company was a mere administrator, and that ââ‚¬Å“British Government assumed no sovereign rights whatever in Borneo.ââ‚¬?

The Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo Kingdom, as a traditional governance, is forewarning the public to be aware of the scammers and proliferators that was using the Kingdom for their own selfish motives; this includes shrewd groups and individuals and even relatives to the hierarchy to the throne. The following claims can be observed to those instigators and illicit activities to disdain and to corrupt the current hierarchy.

1. Claimant Sultan is using the historical and legal rights background of the Kingdom “WITHOUT PROOF OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS".

2. Claimant Sultan is using the 'FABRICATED GENEALOGY' to make it appear that the bloodline to the throne belongs to them.

3. Claimant Sultan is “SELF CORONATED" by few "OUTSIDE" of the Kingdom.

4. Claimant Sultan never became a 'MAHARAJAH ADINDA AND RAJAH MUDAH' at any point of time to the hierarchy based on law of unbroken succession.

5. Claimant Sultan is a "SECCESSIONIST" to the current political government that the Kingdom is now under.

6. Claimant Sultan is SELLING the traditional governance in part or in whole of the Kingdom to political government it is now under for a given amount of money.

7. Claimant Sultan has “FINANCIER GROUP” that capitalizes the claim.

8. Claimant Sultan is "IMPORTING OR BOUGHT ROYAL TITLE FROM EUROPE"
( knights, duke ,prince ,barons ) that does not coincide with the Kingdom's original Nobility titles ( Panglima, datu, maharajah, raayat, umma,cadi,rajah's.)

9. Sulu Province is the center of the traditional kingdom of the Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo; and the "FAKE SULTAN IS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED" by the Sulu Provincial Historical Board.

10. FAKE SULTAN IS LIVING OUTSIDE of the Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo Traditional kingdom.

11. FAKE SULTAN IS APPOINTING NON-BLOODLINE TO THE HIERARCHY.

12. FAKE SULTAN CANNOT FACE A PUBLIC FORUM TO ANSWER QUESTIONS.

THE PUBLIC IS FOREWARNED TO TAKE THE NECESSARY PRECAUTION TO THE ABOVE SIGN OF A FAKE SULTAN TO PRESERVE OUR ORIGINAL CULTURE, TRADITIONS AND IDENTITY AS A MALAY RACE OF THE SULTANATE OF SULU AND NORTH BORNEO KINGDOM.
