Worldwide corruption in governance is being gauged by the number of occurrence that public officials have committed to the eyes of the public. The level of corruption in governance may say that only those who commit, those who were caught red-handed are the villain in this public abuse of discretion. In the most advance countries with good check and balance of governance, corruption is being minimized or moderated unlike the developing countries that public officials are less professional in committing their crimes.

Corruption has many facets; those committed personally by the public officials for their own consumption are the most menial. However, the high level of corruption can be dressed up in some ways that it will look nationalistic to the nation that profit. This kind of high level treason is being used by the professional country that can mask the intention to aggravate other countries. From the time immemorial, the name of the game is colonization by the use of diplomatic approach and induces war to the subject country, if needed, to make the planned corruption of land grabbing the land of unsuspected victim. All countries in Europe have tried to outdo each other in this fashion then the successful countries have expanded their land grabbing (colonization) to all parts of the world. The leader of this game is the Church of England under the guise of Christianity and the renaissance of the Roman Catholic Kingdom. The English as the propagator of Catholicism, under the famous King James who even prints his own version of the bible to suit the Catholic teachings, was moderated by Martin Luther who protested to the outright crooked teachings of the Catholics of false Christianity.

The same thing happens to the Islamic Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo Kingdom. The Spaniards came with the Cross in the guise of Christianity; they grabbed the land, leave the cross and run away all the gold of the kingdom. This very tactful ways is now being honored by the remnants of the Catholics who run the most respective social places in the Philippines. The Kingdom had become the loser to the corruption ploy managed by the Spaniards. This is the probable reason of the English to chop part of the Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo kingdom. Upon seeing the success of the Spaniards, the Englishmen have crafted a more sinister method to steal the land owned by the Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo Kingdom. By employing a private company, the Englishmen have managed to get in and able to rent North Borneo, part of the Royal Sulu and North Borneo kingdom. When the private company has dissolved, the British Government immediately grabs Sabah as if they are part of the Lease Contract of 1878 lease.

Malaysia has the knowledge of it even before they were under the British government and when they got their independence from the British, Malaysia followed the suit of the British and grabbed the island of North Borneo, and then to elude the issue, they changed the name of the island to Sabah. Malaysia pretended as the original ‘Lessee” by paying the yearly rental to the Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo although nowhere in the original Lease Contract of 1878 that neither Britain nor Malaysia is an entity to the 1878 Lease Contract between a private company and the Sultan of Sulu. The contention today of Malaysia in owning Sabah has no International legal standing even if their Parliament made million laws approved by them. This will not substantiate to the truth of the fact that they land grabbed the island of Sabah from the owner, the Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo.

Malaysia, being a Muslim country, is now aggravating another Muslim people of the Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo. The expulsion of the Suluanos who owned Sabah, putting them in prisons, whipping them  and treating them like animals are the most morbid ways that a fellow Muslim can do. This must be addressed to the OIC as a major issue; otherwise, OIC will serve as a scarecrow only to show the world that they cannot carry out to attend the needs of their fellow Muslims which is the basic mission of the organization. Spain and the British Government must mediate on this to show that they are mending their ways of correcting the wrongdoings of their ancestors.
