Sultanate of Sulu's New Contract

The Sultan of Sulu has signed a contract with 5 exploration companies. The Sultan will personally visit and will inform the Federal Government of Malaysia regarding his decision to develop the continental shelf of North Borneo covering the boundary of Brunei and the Philippine as far as the 200 nautical mile international continental shelf boundary.
